- Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from HUROM MALAYSIA or our Authorized Dealers only. [No international warranty available]
- Service charge will be applied depending on the repairing mode. Any spare part which is out of warranty period needs to be purchased separately.

Once contacted our customer service & confirm on your juicer issues, you may courier your full set Hurom Juicer to our service center by any courier service / walk in directly. *If the juicer is sent by courier, make sure it is safely bubble wrapped and we will not be responsible if there is any damage.
Once our HQ receives your juicer, Our technician will check and rectify the issue of your machine. After that, the customer will be contacted and be informed with the results/ any quotation if replacement is needed.
The process of servicing will begin only after we obtain a confirmation from Customer. *Customers will receive an official Invoice of the service once payment is made.
