Which juice would you like to drink?

After a certain amount of time, the pulp in a glass of juice will start to separate, making the juice look less appetizing. Juices produced with Hurom slow juicers, however, even those made with the same fresh fruits and vegetables, show much less of this kind of separation in the glass, making them more visually appealing and offering a better overall juice-drinking experience.

We make it easy to get your nutrients from a variety of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables.
Not only do Hurom slow juicers extract the enzymes of raw fruits and vegetables, they also draw out nutrients from in between the bonds of fiber compounds. Enzymes, which can lose all their beneficial properties when exposed to heat, and water-soluble vitamins such as vitamin C, are particularly vulnerable to heat and oxygen. In designing our slow juicers, we focused on preventing nutrient loss due to heat and oxidation.

What are the major nutrients in fruits and vegetables?
Fruits and vegetables are rich in nutrients that are known to help prevent diseases and maintain your health, including various enzymes, vitamins, phytochemicals, minerals, and dietary fiber.

Enzymes
Enzymes are biological catalysts crucial to countless physiological processes necessary to maintain human life, including digestion, waste excretion, and disease prevention.

Vitamins
Vitamins are vital nutrients that organisms need in order to grow, facilitate biological processes, and maintain homeostasis.

Minerals
Minerals are essential chemical elements that play central roles in controlling and maintaining physiological processes.

Dietary fiber
The consumption of dietary fiber, an indigestible component of foods, offers numerous health benefits.

Phytochemicals
[anthocyanin] Purple
[beta-carotene] Orange
[lycopene] Red
[lutein] Green

Plants produce chemical compounds known as phytochemicals to protect themselves from various external stimuli. Consuming phytochemicals protects your body from free radicals and regenerates damaged cells, thus helping slow the aging process and prevent various diseases.
Benefits of Hurom Slow juicer
Why Hurom Juice?
Why Hurom Juice?

Hurom slow juicers create high-quality fruit and/or vegetable juices that are free of additives based on a method that minimizes oxygen and heat exposure, which effectively preserves the nutrients, colors, and aromas of the ingredients. This method results in a glass of juice that closely represents the wonders of nature.
Preserves the freshness of ingredients by minimizing oxidation through the use of advanced auger technology.

Fruits and vegetables are best consumed raw, as their enzymes and water-soluble vitamins are easily destroyed by the heat of cooking. (A hydrogen peroxide solution equal to one tenth the volume of the juice was added to juices made from raw and cooked tomatoes in order to make it possible to observe enzyme-mediated antioxidant activity)
