Junior Executive

Responsibilities:

Deliver scripted talks that describe company’s products or services, to persuade potential customers
Explain products and product prices
Answer customer information about products.
Understand customer needs and behaviors as well as responding appropriately to a customer’s questions or concerns
Obtain customer information such as name and address for shipping products or delivering services
Keep track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
Follow up on previous customers for potential sales
Maintain records of customer contacts
Complete customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers

Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level , Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U , Professional Certificate , Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma , Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree
